BMA Shares Bonus Incentive with Employees

For the second month in a row Bennerotte Marketing Agency, Josam’s representative in Minnesota and the Dakotas, has earned a Josam commission bonus and has shared the bonus with their employees. For the last two months, President, John Bennerotte has passed on the earnings in the form a gift card to his employees. John states, “My staff plays a big part in our agency achieving these bonuses and it is only fair that they share in the rewards. Generating and servicing the sales that allow this agency to reach the sales level necessary to earn the bonus is a full team effort and reaping the rewards should be no different.
